Form, flair and function – SG has delivered on the brief for Chadwick Business Centres’ brand new website, launched this month.
Our team blew the client away with the new site, with its bright, uplifting design and punchy, professional copy, combined with a clear user experience that makes it super easy to find a building or office space and enquire.
Client Overview
Chadwick Business Centres provides an eclectic mix of flexible, high-quality workspaces and office buildings in their portfolio across the UK, for lease or for hire. All their buildings are unique in character, ranging from serviced workspaces, business centres, managed offices, and meeting rooms, to suit the needs of organisations both large and small. They are known for their open and transparent offering, and for their truly friendly and proactive customer service.
The Challenge
Chadwick Business Centres offers high-quality facilities, and a team of people who deliver excellent customer service at every step. However, their former website did not reflect their bubbly personality and company values of relationships, integrity, commitment and excellence, nor did it visually showcase their premises and facilities to their best advantage.
So, Chadwick contacted Sprague Gibbons – we were already known to them as experts in marketing, design and websites, with the added bonus of having specialist knowledge of the property sector.
The brief was to create a website that not only looked great, and reflected their recently updated visual brand, but which also promoted all the features and benefits of their serviced workspaces in an easily digestible manner, along with intuitive navigation, and the provision to manage the website content themselves.
The target audience was twofold, and a key consideration was to engage with both potential tenants, as well as attracting commercial landlords, investors and property owners to partner with Chadwick.
Through the briefing process, SG also established that the website hadn’t previously been an effective tool for driving enquiries, so this was added to the list of requirements.
The Solution
A new WordPress website was the answer, with a robust Content Management System providing the Chadwick team with a simple and flexible means to keep the website up to date with fresh content and available buildings / office space.
Creatively, Chadwick had already given their brand a new lease of life and had worked on their corporate identity and tone of voice, so we had a clear direction, but were still able to add our own design flair to create a visual experience that both looked great and delivered a good user experience.
With some additional research into competitors undertaken and a professional copywriter engaged, we were ready to design and build the new website.

Chadwick had no Google Analytics installed on their former website, and little Search Engine Optimisation work had been done to date, so it was crucial to enhance the new website and position them well for future organic growth. With an increased new business marketing focus by the client, we all hope to see improved interaction with the website and lots of new enquiries flowing through their doors.
The team at Chadwick are delighted with their new site and found the whole process – which they were slightly dreading, expecting it to be stressful and hard work – to be enjoyable, working with our friendly, supportive team.
The team at Sprague Gibbons came highly recommended to me when we were looking to revamp our company website.
