Who We Are
We are Sprague Gibbons. A team of like-minded people united by our passion for delivering exceptional creative communications for our clients.
Whether it's a full brand strategy or a quick email template; a digital ad campaign or a company website, we tackle it with the same level of enthusiasm, innovation and creativity.
We work with all sizes of organisation, from the biggest household names, to the smallest startups looking to grow. What they have in common is their desire to work with a no-nonsense, reliable agency partner who can deliver exciting work that achieves tangible business results.
If you're looking for shaved heads, tattoos, giant beards and oversized thick-rimmed spectacles, you might be disappointed – we're cool, but not too cool. Clients tend to see us more as business partners than style icons, which suits us fine.
We work in close collaboration with our clients, often operating like an extension of – or in place of – their own marketing department. And we are looking for long-term relationships not quick wins. Our clients and our people are our greatest ambassadors, and 100% of our new business comes from our network of valued people. We rarely pitch.
We place as much emphasis on the wellbeing of our team as we do on commercial success, and as luck would have it, we've found that the two go very happily hand in hand.
Working with the community
We also believe firmly in giving something back. Sprague Gibbons actively supports a range of organisations, individuals and events, mostly relating to our home city of Bristol, and sport, in line with the passions of our great leader, Mr Gibbons.
